Delivery Policy

Delivery Costs
Delivery is free of charge within Singapore.

We will contact you to make sure someone is available to receive the item before any delivery is made.

Delivery Time
*Next 3 Day upon receipt of your order (Singapore only).
11am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays; No delivery on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Requests for preferred days and hours of delivery can be made upon placing your order but they are subjected to our delivery schedule.

*Terms & Conditions: Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, e.g. no one to receive order at point of delivery, Lenbrook Asia cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery as soon as we can.

Signature Upon Receipt Of Delivery
The recipient’s signature will be required upon delivery of goods.
For gifts, a delivery order (with no prices indicated) will be issued and the recipient’s signature will be required upon delivery of goods. Invoices for gifts will be mailed to the billing address separately.

Office Deliveries
If you would like us to deliver to your office, please include the business name in your delivery address.

In-Store Pickup
We will contact you when your order is ready and the date by which you can pick up your items.

  • Collection By Own:
    To pick up your package, please provide:
    • Your government-issued photo ID
    • Order number
  • Collection By Third Party:
    The owner has to inform Lenbrook Asia the full name of the third party when placing the order or through email. Upon collection, the third party has to provide:
    • The confirmation order email
    • Order number

Lenbrook Asia is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
